On Monday 7th January a Trust wide Inset was hosted at Drayton Manor with a focus on Awe and Wonder. The CEO addressed all staff from across the Trust; sharing the vision, values and strategic growth plans for the future. Key messages were communicated and consideration was given to how the Trust can continue to: foster a sense of belonging,  develop shared purpose and strengthen opportunities in working as one learning community.
